YOU MUST CONTACT SELLING PARTY TO VIEW BOATS FOR SALE

Upon completion of sale, SKIPPERS COVE MARINA charges a transfer fee of $50.00, payable by either buyer or seller. Upon purchase, Buyer and Seller must come into the office together to register the New Owners and release the Sellers from the mooring obligations.

 

New Owners must pay one year mooring in advance.   

 

Within 15 days after purchase Buyers must provide a current copy of registration in their name and an Insurance policy with a minimum of $300,000 liability coverage and name Skippers Cove Marina as "additionally insured" at time of transfer.

SKIPPERS COVE MARINA is listing these houseboats as a courtesy to the boat owners and all information and prices are provided by the owner.  SKIPPERS COVE MARINA accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the information, or for the condition, equipment, or value, as these items are listings only.  SKIPPERS COVE MARINA is not acting as an agent or representative of either the seller or the buyer.  All negotiations and transfers are between the buyer and seller.  

 

Houseboat current location will most likely be changed at time of sale.  Current location in marina is not guaranteed.  SKIPPERS COVE MARINA reserves the right to relocate / change the location of any boat at any time at the sole discretion of the marina.
